Do you use website templates, or is everything custom-built?
Everything is custom-built. We don’t deliver template-based sites—each project is designed and developed specifically for your brand, content structure, and goals. We build in Webflow with clean, scalable architecture, and we add custom code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) where it’s needed for advanced functionality, integrations, or interactions.
What’s your typical timeline?
It depends on scope, but here are your standard ranges:
- Strategy & Branding: ~3–5 weeks
- Web Design: ~4–6 weeks
- Web Development: ~3–5 weeks (after design approval / handover)
- Website Migration: ~3–5 weeks
- SEO / Support & QA: ongoing
How do you communicate during the project?
You’re not left guessing. We stay present throughout the build with continuous communication, weekly updates at minimum, and milestone reviews—so you always know what’s done, what’s in progress, and what we need from you next. We start on email and can work in Slack or Microsoft Teams once the project is moving.
What’s your process from start to launch?
We run a structured 5-step workflow—Direction → Define → Design → Build → Launch—with clear milestones and deliverables, plus regular check-ins so the work stays aligned and progress is visible. You’re involved early for direction, then we take ownership of execution and keep you informed throughout.
How many design concepts and revision rounds do you include?
Typically: 3 homepage design directions. Revisions: 2 rounds to finalize the homepage concept, then 2 rounds for the remaining pages (delivered in batches).
What integrations can you implement?
We connect Webflow to the tools that run your business, including:
- CRM & marketing automation: HubSpot, Salesforce (and similar)
- Analytics & tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels/events tracking
- Payments & subscriptions: Stripe, PayPal
- Automations & workflows: Zapier-style workflows, form routing, lead handling

Do you handle migrations to Webflow?
Yes. We migrate websites from any platform—WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, custom/legacy builds, and more—planning the move carefully so structure, content, and SEO-critical elements are preserved wherever possible. Migration includes content mapping, rebuild/optimization as needed, and full QA before launch.
Do we own the website after delivery?
Yes. After final payment, you receive full ownership: the project is transferred to your workspace and we provide a clean handover, including full code handover, training (recorded), and documentation so your team can manage the site confidently.
Do you provide SEO?
We include technical SEO foundations and build the site with structure and performance in mind. Ongoing SEO (content/off-page) is available as ongoing work if scoped.
Do you provide cookie setup and compliance?
We implement the technical cookie setup. We do not provide legal consultation or legal compliance advice.
How does pricing work?
We are project-based. Scope, milestones, and delivery dates are defined upfront.
What are your payment terms?
We require 50% upfront to start. The remaining 50% is invoiced after build approval, and the project is transferred after full payment.
What post-launch support do you include?
You get 30 days of complimentary support after launch, with 48-hour turnaround (often faster in practice).
What happens after the 30-day support period?
Requests are billed hourly. You can continue through ongoing maintenance requests (tracked via your task system) without a formal retainer.
