Contact form submissions: When you fill out our project inquiry form, we collect your first and last name, company name, email address, selected service(s), and your message.

Discovery call bookings: When you book a call via cal.com, we collect your name, email address, and selected time slot.

Analytics and usage data: We use analytics tools that may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and interaction data. This is collected automatically when you visit our website.

3. Why We Collect It

Contact form data is collected to respond to project inquiries, on the basis of legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps.

Booking data is collected to schedule and confirm discovery calls, on the same basis.

Analytics and usage data is collected to understand how our site is used and to improve our services. This processing is based on your explicit consent, managed through our Cookiebot banner.

4. Third-Party Tools We Use

Your data may be processed by the following third parties, each operating under their own privacy policies:

Google Analytics (GA4) — usage analytics; Google Privacy Policy
Umami — privacy-friendly analytics
Smartlook — session recording and heatmaps; Smartlook Privacy Policy
Google Search Console — search performance data; Google Privacy Policy
cal.com — appointment scheduling; cal.com Privacy Policy

Note: GA4 and Smartlook may transfer data outside the EU. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Contact form submissions: up to 2 years, or until the business relationship ends
Analytics data: per the respective tool's retention settings (GA4 default: 14 months)
Booking data: managed by cal.com per their retention policy

Request deletion of your data
Object to processing based on legitimate interest
Withdraw consent at any time via our cookie banner or by contacting us
